INGREDIENTS
1 jar (340g) of WORLDFOODS THAI GALANGAL LEMON GRASS STIR-FRY SAUCE
400ml (13.5 fl.oz) water
200g (7.1oz) large prawns
100g (3.5oz) straw mushrooms
2 tablespoons lime juice
Fish sauce (optional)
PREPARATION
Pour in a whole jar of WORLDFOODS THAI GALANGAL LEMON GRASS STIR-FRY SAUCE into a pot and add water. Bring to a boil.
Add in all other ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes until the prawns are cooked.
Add more lime juice or a dash of fish sauce if desired.
