350g (12.5oz) of skinless chicken breast sliced or cube
2 medium sweet potatoes steamed and cube
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 jar(340g) of WORLDFOODS Thai Galangal Lemon Grass Stir-Fry Sauce

1 tbsp of fish sauce
PREPARATION
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.Add in 350g (12.5oz) of chicken breast and sauté for 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Add in cube sweet potatoes followed by WORLDFOODS Thai Galangal Lemon Grass Stir-fry Sauce.Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with steam fragrant rice or noodles.
