INGREDIENTS
300g porkcut into cubes
4 tablespoons WORLDFOODS Northern Spicy Curry Paste,
1Î_ cup water,
1 tablespoon cooking oil,
20g shredded ginger (or more if prefer ginger spice),
10g peanuts(optional)
PREPARATION
Pan fry cooking oil with paste and half of the shredded ginger until aromatic. Add in pork and stir-fry until cook.
Add water and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until sauce thicken and meat is tender.
Stir in shredded ginger and peanut in the last few minutes.Suitable for other meat and poultry.
Tips: You may add more ginger for more gingerly spice.
