INGREDIENTS
1 jar (340g) WORLDFOODS THAI YELLOW CURRY SAUCE
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
340g (12.1oz) Rump Steak, cut into strips
2 tomatoes, wedges
2 tbsp Unsalted Peanuts
PREPARATION
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the curry sauce and simmer over low to moderate heat for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes and let simmer for a further 3 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with peanuts.
