- In a saucepan, boil sweet potato with WORLDFOODS Thai Masaman Curry Cooking Sauce and water.
- Let it boil and simmer for half an hour or until sweet potato is soft.
- Blend with a hand blender.
- Garnish with sunflower seeds, toasted bread and serve hot.
Alternative to boiling sweet potatoes:
- Boil WORLDFOODS Thai Massaman Curry Cooking Sauce with water only.
- Microwave sweet potatoes (5-7 mins per sweet potato.) Then peel off the skin.
- Add hot water and WORLDFOODS Thai Massaman Curry Cooking Sauce to sweet potato and blend.
