                              INGREDIENTS
                         
	- 150 cup flour
 
	- 1 tsp baking soda
 
	- 1/4 tsp fine salt
 
	- 120g brown sugar
 
	- 120g butter ( room temperature )
 
	- 1 egg ( room temperature )
 
	- 1/2 tsp mix spice
 
	- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 
	- 2 tsp Worldfoods Ginger Paste
 
	- Black & white sesame seeds (for garnish)
 
 
 
   
                     
                 
                
                    
                              PREPARATION
                         
	- Whisk the butter with the brown sugar.
 
	- Then add the egg, sift half of the flour, baking soda, salt and whisk.
 
	- Then sift the remaining of the flour and fold in with spatula.
 
	- Add the mix spice and WORLDFOODS Ginger Paste.
 
	- Mix well until all are combined.
 
	- With 2 teaspoons, shape the cookie dough into a ball, place it on the baking tray. Make space between each other, the dough will expand as it bakes.
 
	- After all are done, wet your finger and flatten down the cookie dough a little. Then garnish with sesame seeds or chia seeds.
 
	- Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
 
	- Let it cool down in a cooling rack. Once it's cooled, store those cookies in a jar and keep in the fridge so they stay fresh and crispy.
