THE RECIPEIngredients:
600g spare ribs1tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped celery sticks 1 tbsp chopped celery sticks 1 tbsp chopped chillies Marinade: 1 Egg 1 tbsp chopped coriander stick 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tbsp salt Sauce: 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 3 tbsp condensed milk Preparations:
Rinse ribs and wipe dry. Blend in marinade well, marinate for 30 minutes. deep fry spare ribs till fragrant and golden brown. Dish up and drain. Heat up butter, add mayonnaise and milk, stir well. Pour in lemon juice, chopped celery and chopped chillies. Stir well, add prefried ribs, stir until the gravy is thicken. Serve hot |
