THE RECIPEIngredients:
1 jar (340g) of WORLDFOODS SINGAPOREAN NYONYA LAKSA SAUCE 160g (5.7oz) fresh yellow noodles or rice noodles 100g Chicken or prawn Garnishing Mint leaves Preparations:
Blanch noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until just cooked. Place noodles in a serving bowl. Heat a whole jar of WORLDFOODS SINGAPOREAN NYONYA LAKSA SAUCE until boiling. Add in chicken,simmer for 15 minutes.Pour the sauce over the noodles. Serve hot. Garnish mint leaves if desired |
