THE RECIPEIngredients:
2 medium lebanese cucumbers 2 medium carrots 1 red chilli, finely shredded 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves WORLDFOODS Thai Chilli Garlic Salad Dressing Preparations:
1. Peel carrots and cucumber into long thin strips with a vegetable peeler. 2. Mix with chilli and mint in a large bowl. 3. Drizzle WORLDFOODS Thai Chilli Garlic Salad Dressing over salad and toss to combine. |
