Luncheon Soup

So easy & quick to prepare, ideal to complete a simple dinner for the family

THE RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 Carrot
1 big Onion
1/2 (medium size) Cabbage
2-3 Potatoes
1 pc of Kayu manis (optional)
1 can of Luncheon meat


Preparations:
1) Peel & slice carrots into thin strips (not too thin)
2) Cut onion into quarters
3) Peel potatoes, cut into fairly chucky pieces
4) Slice the cabbage
5) For the luncheon meat, cut into square pieces (size depending on your preference, but not too small)
5) Put half a pot of water to boil and throw in all the vegetables. Cook till soft and lastly add in the Luncheon meat.
6) Simmer for a while, add in seasoning (salt & Ajinomoto (optional), off the fire
