Beef Rendang Bread Pockets

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of bread
1 cup, minced beef
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 jar WORLDFOODS Malaysian Rendang Curry Cooking Sauce
2 eggs, beaten, for egg wash
Frying oil for deep frying
PREPARATION
Heat up pan with a bit of oil, add minced beef, then carrot and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add WORLDFOODS Malaysian Rendang Curry Cooking Sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
After minced beef has cooled down, scoop 1 tbsp into 1 slice of bread then pinch the edges to seal or use a bread cutter.
Dip into egg wash.
Deep fry until golden brown.
