INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste
80g beef tenderloin, diced
40g red and green cherry pepper, diced
20g onion, diced
10g spring onion
10g basil leave
10g garlic, fine chopped
1 piece fried spring roll dough sheet
PREPARATION
Fry garlic in the oil, add in WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste and stir-fry until aromatic
Add in beef tenderloin, fry until medium-rare.
Add in onion, red and green pepper. Mix well.
Place the well mixed beef tenderloin in the fried spring roll dough sheet.
