4 slices of sourdough bread, torn into bite-size pieces
4 slices of bacon, pan fried, cut into pieces
3 Eggs, hardboiled and chopped
1/2 jar WORLDFOODS Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Arugula
2 mason jars (16 oz)
PREPARATION
Mix mayonnaise with WORLDFOODS Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce.
Arrange ingredients a layer at a time starting with sourdough then chopped eggs, bacon a dollop of Yellow Curry Mayo. Repeat until the jar is full then top off with arugula.
