Ingredients

• 1 jar WORLDFOODS Tikka Masala Indian stir fry sauce
• 200g chicken breast, cut into strips
• 2 medium onion, sliced thinly
• 1 ½ tbsp oil
• 6 pieces tortilla wraps
• 2 lettuce leaves, sliced thinly
• 1 carrot, grated
• For the omelette
• 3 eggs, beaten
• Salt
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
