    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • WORLDFOODS Organic Coconut Milk
   

    PREPARATION

  1. Beat the sugar and eggs for approximately 5 minutes until pale and frothy.
  2. Add in coconut milk and vanilla essence.
  3. Pour into a metal tray and freeze for 3-4 hours until form or churn in an ice -cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Serve scoops garnished with slices of fresh peach.
