Crispy Chicken Wings with Thai Basil Chilli

INGREDIENTS
Crispy Chicken Wings:
- 200gr chicken wings (6 piece)
- 1 (beaten) egg
- 70gr all purpose flour
- 70gr rice flour
- 1/2tspn salt
- 1/4tspn pepper (optional)
- 1/4tspn chili powder (optional)
Sauce:
- 5tbspn WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Chilli Pad Ki Mao Stir-fry Sauce
- 2tbspn ketchup
- 1/4tspn salt
- 1/4tspn sugar
- 1/4tspn blackpepper
- 1/2tspn lemon juice
PREPARATION
- Mix all the Crispy Chicken Wings except chicken wings and egg.
- Coat the chicken wings with the flour mixture, then dip the chicken wings into the egg, and coat the chicken wings with flour mixture until all covered.
- Heat the cooking oil with medium heat, deep fry the chicken wings until cooked and golden brown.
- Mix all of the sauce ingredients. Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang, goreng sayap ayam hingga kecoklatan dan matang.
- Campurkan semua bahan saus, cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Serve the Crispy Chicken Wings with Thai Basil Chilli sauce.
