INGREDIENTS
1 large taro root (500g/17.8oz), shredded
2 cups of oil
Pinch of salt
2 tsp white sesame seed, for garnishing
WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Dipping Sauce
PREPARATION
Using 2 tbsp of taro root, pat down firmly with hands to form a pancake.
Heat oil in wok and place the taro in the oil and fry both side for 45-60 seconds or until golden brown.
Transfer to a platter lined with paper towel.
Garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds.
Serve immediately with WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chili with Kaffir Lime Dipping Sauce.
