INGREDIENTS
1 egg white, whisked
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
400g ( 14.2oz ) firm bean curd, cut into 2cm (
¾
inch ) cube
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
oil for frying
WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Pineapple Chilli Dipping Sauce
PREPARATION
Add garlic, ginger, black pepper and salt into the egg white. Dip tofu cubes into mixture. Cover and leave aside for 2 hours.
Heat oil in deep frying pan and fry for 2 minutes or until the tofu turns slightly brown.
Repeat with remaining tofu and drain on paper towels.
Serve with WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Pineapple Chilli Dipping Sauce.
