    INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps WORLDFOODS Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill herbs
  • Pepper (to taste)

    PREPARATION

  1. Cut hard-boiled egg lengthwise in half.
  2. Scoop yolks into medium bowl and mash with fork.
  3. Add mayonnaise and curry paste, mix well. Season with pepper.
  4. Divide filling among egg halves, mounding slightly. Arrange eggs on platter.
  5. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
Tips : Can be prepared 8 hours ahead for any occasion. Cover and refrigerate.
