- Cut hard-boiled egg lengthwise in half.
- Scoop yolks into medium bowl and mash with fork.
- Add mayonnaise and curry paste, mix well. Season with pepper.
- Divide filling among egg halves, mounding slightly. Arrange eggs on platter.
- Sprinkle with dill and serve.
