    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon WORLDFOODS THAI RED CURRY PASTE
  • 650g (1.4lb) ground beef
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats or dry bread crumbs
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped, peeled apple
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

    PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef, oats or dry bread crumbs, onion, garlic, apple, raisins, peanuts, ketchup, minced parsley, Worcestershire sauce, egg, curry paste, cinnamon, and salt. Shape to form six 4x2 inch loaves. Place in a large shallow pan.
  3. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
  4. Serve hot.
