- Filling Ingredients (in a mixing bowl):
- 100 g minced chicken
- 80 g minced prawn
- 1 1/2 tsp WORLDFOODS Lemongrass Paste
- 1 tsp WORLDFOODS Ginger Paste
- 2 shallots, chopped
- few coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- pinch salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 16 gyoza skin
- Vegetable oil for pan-frying
