- 8 medium sized prawns (shrimps)- Cleaned.
- 100g - 3.5oz of firm style Tofu
- Half a brown or red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 spring onion (scallion-green onion)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- A few coriander leaves
- ½ cup shelled raw peanuts or buy already roasted for convenience.
- Half packet flat rice noodles
- 1 whole egg
- ½ tsp hot chili flakes
- 1 bottle WorldFoods Pad Thai noodle Sauce (or see recipe how to make your own)
- 4 or 5 tbs of cooking oil
