- 2 cloves garlic

- 500g prawns, shelled and deveined,with tail intact
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 3 kaffir lime leaves, chopped finely
- 50g red pepper

- 1 jar Thai Creamy Chilli Kaffir Lime Stir-fry sauce
- Fresh coriander to garnish
- 400g Fresh noodle(blanched with hot water, and set in bowl)
