- 150g Vegetable Salad
- 200g Pamelo, break the flesh into small pieces
- 30g Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, julienned
- Mix pamelo flesh, roasted peanut, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour in desired amount of WORLDFOODS Thai Coconut and Lime Salad Dressing.
- Add in vegetable salad for last then serve immediately.
