    INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp WORLDFOODS Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp WORLDFOODS Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water

    PREPARATION

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make the corn starch slurry by mixing corn starch and water, then slowly pour into the sauce to thicken. Stir well and let it cool down.
  3. Store in a jar and chill until it's ready to be used.
