    INGREDIENTS

  • 10 large Eringii mushroom
  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS THAI PANANG CURRY COOKING SOURCE (as desired)
For garnishing:
  • Kaffir lime leaves shredded Large red chili, seeds removed and shredded Coriander
 

    PREPARATION

  1. Half eringii mushroom and grill until cook and slightly brown.
  2. In a pot, simmer WORLDFOODS THAI PANANG CURRY COOKING SOURCE until thickened.
  3. Place grilled mushroom on a serving plate and pour the sauce over, garnish with kaffir limes leave, red chili and coriander.
