- Kaffir lime leaves shredded Large red chili, seeds removed and shredded Coriander
- Half eringii mushroom and grill until cook and slightly brown.
- In a pot, simmer WORLDFOODS THAI PANANG CURRY COOKING SOURCE until thickened.
- Place grilled mushroom on a serving plate and pour the sauce over, garnish with kaffir limes leave, red chili and coriander.
