- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and add shallots, stirring occasionally for 15 to 30 seconds.
- Add in the minced chicken, breaking up any lumps and cook about 1 minute until the meat loses its pinkness, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the WORLDFOODS Indian Tandoori Marinade & Stir-fry and toss gently about 3 minutes.
- Add in coriander and spring onion, stir and remove from the heat.
To make nachos :
Cut the tortillas flour into 8 triangle size chips and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
To finish :
Put the topping onto the nachos and top with grated cheese. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
