INGREDIENTS
(A)
250g (8.8oz) fresh salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 large cucumber, cut into cubes
1 apple, cut cubed
(B)
1 cans chunks tuna in water(unsalted), drained and flaked
WORLDFOODS Thai Yellow Curry Cooking Sauce
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients (A) together in a large bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Pour WORLDFOODS THAI YELLOW CURRY SAUCE in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add apples and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
Add in tuna and simmer for a further 4 minutes. Cool completely.
Pour ready tuna on salad. Served.
