    INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 oranges, skin sliced off and segmented
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 bottle WORLDFOODS CAMBODIAN CHILLI LIME SALAD DRESSING
  • Optional: Add a squeeze of fresh lime or some grated lime zest if you'd like it to be more citrusy

    PREPARATION

  1. Toss the spinach, orange segments, almonds and onion in a bowl.
  2. Add dressing and toss to make sure it's well coated. Enjoy.
