    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS Thai Ginger Chili Stir-fry Sauce
  • 250g Prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 20g Sweet Basil Leaves
  • 5 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaf, coarsely ripped
  • 5 clusters Fresh green peppercorns
  • 20g Chillies, diagonally sliced
  • 4 stems Galangal, julienned
   

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat WORLDFOODS Thai Ginger Chili Stir-fry Sauce in the saucepan.
  2. Add in prawn and stirring until it cooked. Follow by other ingredients, stirring occasionally till sauce thickens.
  3. Serve with Thai Jasmine rice
