INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg carrots, cut into long sticks
- 1 tbsp WORLDFOODS Harissa Paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
PREPARATION
- Pre-heat oven at 180C.
- Combine Worldfoods harissa paste, cumin powder and coriander powder with the olive oil.
- Season carrots with salt and pepper. Toss in the harissa paste mixture.
- Arrange in the baking tray in one single layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream
