    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg carrots, cut into long sticks
  • 1 tbsp WORLDFOODS Harissa Paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream

    PREPARATION

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180C.
  2. Combine Worldfoods harissa paste, cumin powder and coriander powder with the olive oil.
  3. Season carrots with salt and pepper. Toss in the harissa paste mixture.
  4. Arrange in the baking tray in one single layer.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream
