    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste
  • 80g beef tenderloin, diced
  • 40g red and green cherry pepper, diced
  • 20g onion, diced
  • 10g spring onion
  • 10g basil leave
  • 10g garlic, fine chopped
  • 1 piece fried spring roll dough sheet

    PREPARATION

  1. Fry garlic in the oil, add in WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste and stir-fry until aromatic
  2. Add in beef tenderloin, fry until medium-rare.
  3. Add in onion, red and green pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the well mixed beef tenderloin in the fried spring roll dough sheet.
