  • 1 loaf of crusty Italian bread
  • 3 ripped avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt and pinch of fresh ground pepper
  • 1 large garlic clove - mashed into paste
  • 2 tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil - chopped
  • 5 tbsp WORLDFOODS Malaysian Sweet Chili Coconut Dipping sauce


  1. Preheat grill/broiler.
  2. Sliced the bread into slices about 1 inch thick, char them on both sides on the grill/under broiler.
  3. Mash up avocados with lemon juice, salt, pepper and mashed garlic. Spread some avocado mash onto each piece of sliced charred bread.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix up chopped tomato, basil and WORLDFOODS Malaysian Sweet Chili Coconut Dipping sauce.
  5. Top each of the avocado smeared bread slices with some of the chopped tomato mixture.
