INGREDIENTS
1 piece puff pastry
1 jar of Worldfoods Sih-nuh-muhn Pina
50 g macademia nuts, chopped and toasted
Some sugar
Egg wash
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven at 190C.
Roll out the puff pastry. Spread over the Worldfoods Sih-nuh-muhn Pina Toppings.
Sprinkle some sugar and toasted macadamia nuts.
Roll over the puff pastry and cut into 6 pieces. Brush the top with some egg wash.
Arrange in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until the puff pastry turns golden brown.
