  • 1 jar of Worldfoods Sih-nuh-muhn Pina
  • 50 g macademia nuts, chopped and toasted
  • Some sugar
  • Egg wash

    PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven at 190C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread over the Worldfoods Sih-nuh-muhn Pina Toppings.
  3. Sprinkle some sugar and toasted macadamia nuts.
  4. Roll over the puff pastry and cut into 6 pieces. Brush the top with some egg wash.
  5. Arrange in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until the puff pastry turns golden brown.
