    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg white, whisked
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 400g ( 14.2oz ) firm bean curd, cut into 2cm ( ¾ inch ) cube
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • oil for frying

    PREPARATION

  1. Add garlic, ginger, black pepper and salt into the egg white. Dip tofu cubes into mixture. Cover and leave aside for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in deep frying pan and fry for 2 minutes or until the tofu turns slightly brown.
  3. Repeat with remaining tofu and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve with WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Pineapple Chilli Dipping Sauce.
