    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 400g (14oz) lean ground beef (or chicken), diced
  • 1 medium-size onion, chopped
  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS Vietnamese Five Spice Bo Kho Stir Fry Sauce
  • 200g (70z) spaghetti, cooked as per pack instructions
  • Coriander (Cilantro) or Thai basil for garnishing

    PREPARATION

  1. In a large saucepan, heat half the olive oil and brown the beef. Dish out and set aside.
  2. Heat the remaining olive oil and sweat the onion until translucent. Stir in the WORLDFOODS Vietnamese Five Spice Bo Kho Stir Fry Sauce , add the beef and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove and ladle over the cooked pasta; garnish with coriander or Thai basil.
Tips You can substitute minced beef with other types of meat but the Bo Kho traditionally uses beef. Spaghetti can be replaced with any type of pasta or Asian noodles
