    INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons WORLDFOODS Indonesian Fried Rice 'Nasi Goreng' Paste
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups black rice, cooked until tender
  • 1 cup of chopped raw spinach

    PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet or wok. Add WORLDFOODS Indonesian Fried Rice 'Nasi Goreng' Paste; fry over high flame until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions; cook over medium heat until onions are tender and starting to brown, about 8 minutes.
  3. Fold in rice and spinach; stir fry until rice is piping hot and the spinach had wilted throughly, about 6 minutes more. Serve immediately.
