    INGREDIENTS

  • 150 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 120g butter ( room temperature )
  • 1 egg ( room temperature )
  • 1/2 tsp mix spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp Worldfoods Ginger Paste
  • Black & white sesame seeds (for garnish)
     

    PREPARATION

  1. Whisk the butter with the brown sugar.
  2. Then add the egg, sift half of the flour, baking soda, salt and whisk.
  3. Then sift the remaining of the flour and fold in with spatula.
  4. Add the mix spice and WORLDFOODS Ginger Paste.
  5. Mix well until all are combined.
  6. With 2 teaspoons, shape the cookie dough into a ball, place it on the baking tray. Make space between each other, the dough will expand as it bakes.
  7. After all are done, wet your finger and flatten down the cookie dough a little. Then garnish with sesame seeds or chia seeds.
  8. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool down in a cooling rack. Once it's cooled, store those cookies in a jar and keep in the fridge so they stay fresh and crispy.
