  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Cauliflower
  • Green Bean, 1 inch cut
  • Bean sprouts
  • Carrot, shredded
  • Cucumber, shredded
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Potato, boiled and sliced
  • Egg, boiled and sliced
  • Deep fried shallots
  • Peanut, chopped

  1. Blanch cabbage, cauliflower, green bean and bean sprout. Put all of them in a bowl.
  2. Topped with shredded carrot, sliced cucumber, sliced boiled potato, tomato and boiled egg.
  3. Garnish with fried shallot and peanuts.
  4. Warm WORLDFOODS Masaman Curry Sauce and serve with warm salad.
