    INGREDIENTS

  • 125g (4.4oz) butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2/3 cup (150g) castor sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) self raising flour
  • WORLDFOODS Passion Pina Toppings
   

    PREPARATION

  1. Beat all ingredients using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and pale.
  2. Transfer the mixture into paper cases and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Top with WORLDFOODS Passion Pina Toppings and serve.
