  • 300g (10.7oz) chicken fillet, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 loaf baguette, sliced diagonally
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1-2 tbsp oil

  1. Heat oil in frying pan. On medium heat, add chicken and stir fry until cooked.
  2. Add in the stir fry sauce and tomatoes and toss gently.
  3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto the baguette.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and baked in preheated oven at 220°C for 3-4 minutes.
