  • WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
  • 120g potato flakes
  • 200ml hot water
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp of cheese powder
  • 2 big onions (chopped)
  • 5 surimi crabstick (cut into pieces)
For coating :
  •  2 eggs(beaten)
  •  Some breadcrumb
Seasoning :
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • A little sugar
  • Dash of pepper


Combine potato flakes and hot water together. Stir till a batter form, keep aside. Add seasoning to Ingredient A. Combine and add into (no.1). Mix well Flatter (no.2) and use a mould to press out pieces. Dust each piece with flour, dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry till golden and serve with WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce.
