INGREDIENTS
500g (1 1/2 ounces) salad potatoes
1 (16 ounces) cucumber
WORLDFOODS CAMBODIAN CHILLI LIME SALAD DRESSING
PREPARATION
Boil potatoes (leaving skins on if desired) for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Cool and cut into half or quarters.
Dice the cucumber and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Pour in desired amount WORLDFOODS Cambodian Chilli Lime Salad Dressing and toss gently.
