INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp WORLDFOODS Ginger Paste
1 tbsp WORLDFOODS Garlic Paste
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water
PREPARATION
Whisk all the ingredients together. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
Make the corn starch slurry by mixing corn starch and water, then slowly pour into the sauce to thicken. Stir well and let it cool down.
Store in a jar and chill until it's ready to be used.
