    INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 carrot, cut into wedges
  • 3 cabbage leaves, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 2 long beans, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 1 small eggplant, cut into wedges
  • 2 green chillies, halved lengthwise
  • 1 pcs firm bean curd, cut into cubes
  • 1 jar WORLDFOODS MALAYSIAN VEGETABLE CURRY

    PREPARATION

  1. Blanch vegetables in boiling water until just tender. Drain excess water
  2. Heat WORLDFOODS MALAYSIAN VEGETABLE CURRY in a pot and bring to a boil. Add in vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3.  Add in bean curd and heat for a further 2-3 minutes
  4. Serve hot with steamed rice
