    INGREDIENTS

  • Sea Bass 100 grams
  • WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste 45g
  • Kaffir Lime 2 leaves
  • Green Peppercorn 10 grams
  • Long Red Chilli 10 grams
  • Wild Ginger 10 grams
  •  Sweet Basil 5 grams
  • Oil for deep fry

    PREPARATION

  1. Lightly coat sea bass with flour, salt and pepper. Cook in the oil. Set aside.
  2. Stir fry WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste with oil, kaffir lime, green peppercorn, chilli, wild ginger and sweet basil until fragrant.
  3. Add sea bass and toss well.
