INGREDIENTS
- Sea Bass 100 grams
- WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste 45g
- Kaffir Lime 2 leaves
- Green Peppercorn 10 grams
- Long Red Chilli 10 grams
- Wild Ginger 10 grams
- Sweet Basil 5 grams
- Oil for deep fry
PREPARATION
- Lightly coat sea bass with flour, salt and pepper. Cook in the oil. Set aside.
- Stir fry WORLDFOODS Thai Basil Curry Paste with oil, kaffir lime, green peppercorn, chilli, wild ginger and sweet basil until fragrant.
- Add sea bass and toss well.
