  • 1 can clam juice
  •  1 can WORLDFOODS Organic Coconut Milk
  • 6 tbsp WORLDFOODS Thai Masaman Curry Paste
  • 1 whole pineapple, skinned and cut into 1 in cubes
  • 2 ripe tomato, diced
  • 3 lb seafood medley of shrimp, scallop, mussel, calamari and fish
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped


  1. Heat pan to medium heat.
  2. Add WORLDFOODS Thai Masaman Curry Paste.
  3. Stir well for 5 mins and add tomato and WORLDFOODS Organic Coconut Milk.
  4. When the coconut milk starts to simmer, add pineapple and clam juice.
  5. Bring mixture to boil and turn down heat to low.
  6. Simmer and reduce liquid by 10% and turn up heat to high.
  7. When the liquid boils, add the seafood medley and keep turning all ingredients.
  8. Remove to a bowl and when all the seafood is cooked. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
