INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Paste
- 1 tbsp Sea salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 10 inch bamboo skewer
- Pinch of toasted sesame seed
- 2 capsicum/red pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 spring green onion/scallion, cut into 2 inch portions
- 2 zuke, thin sliced
- 2 squash, thin sliced
- 1 portobello mushroom, cut into 1 inch cubes
PREPARATION
- Toss all cut vegetables with the WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Paste in a non reactive bowl. Skewer with all different individual pieces.
- Keep in refrigerator for ½ hr.
- Grill skewered vegetables in a pre heated hot grill.
- Remove from grill when vegetables looks partially charred onto a plate.
- Add a dash of sea salt, drizzle olive oil and a small sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
- Remove bamboo skewer. Serve immediately.
