    INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp WORLDFOODS  Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Paste
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 10 inch bamboo skewer
  • Pinch of toasted sesame seed
  • 2 capsicum/red pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 4 spring green onion/scallion, cut into 2 inch portions
  • 2 zuke, thin sliced
  • 2 squash, thin sliced
  • 1 portobello mushroom, cut into 1 inch cubes
 

    PREPARATION

  1. Toss all cut vegetables with the WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Paste in a non reactive bowl. Skewer with all different individual pieces.
  2. Keep in refrigerator for ½ hr.
  3. Grill skewered vegetables in a pre heated hot grill.
  4. Remove from grill when vegetables looks partially charred onto a plate.
  5. Add a dash of sea salt, drizzle olive oil and a small sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Remove bamboo skewer. Serve immediately.
