  • 1/2 Bottle WORLDFOODS Indian Tandoori Marinade & Stir-fry
  • 500 grams (17.8oz) Minced Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (Cilantro)
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Shallots, finely chopped
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 pack Tortillas Flour
  •  100 grams (3.5oz) Cheddar Cheese, roughly grated


  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and add shallots, stirring occasionally for 15 to 30 seconds.
  2. Add in the minced chicken, breaking up any lumps and cook about 1 minute until the meat loses its pinkness, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the WORLDFOODS Indian Tandoori Marinade & Stir-fry and toss gently about 3 minutes.
  4. Add in coriander and spring onion, stir and remove from the heat.
To make nachos : Cut the tortillas flour into 8 triangle size chips and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. To finish : Put the topping onto the nachos and top with grated cheese. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
